[Shotimes] max performance tire

Wow, you're a pleasant one.  Unfortunetely, his old tires would have been
considered slicks with the amount of tread on them and it was the begining
of march.  He didn't hit the barrier under his own stupidity, he was cut
off.  He fully knew that they weren't snow tires.
