All right, explain to me why the 88 Tbird 5.0 had 155hp and the mustang had 
225hp? Same engine(although they obviously used some low power mods on the 
tbird). The V6 had 145 hp that yeah(for the tbird) and the Turbo 4 had 185hp. 
Now did the V8 have low power to not hurt the sales of the Turbo coupe? or to 
not hurt the sales of the mustang? And how come the turbo coupe never had the 
215hp that the SVO mustang had? The ONLY reason they could do power like they 
did is because they didn't want to hurt the sales of something else. -Steve

<< Sigh......I guess these "conspiracy" stories will NEVER die. NO.....as in
 NONE/ZERO/NADA that mfrs will kill a model because it takes sales away from
 another model. Not ever true. Anytime anyone reads stuff like that, file it
 in the BS receptacle. >>
