[Shotimes] Tension strut bushings

Mark,

They're not supposed to....

That sounds like the forward strut-rod-to-subframe-bushing and is a Moog
K8516, not the strut rod-to LCA(Lower Control ARM) bushing.

The aft bushings for the strut-rod-to-LCA are Moog K8613 and should have 2
bushings of identical size and shape.

DO NOT CUT IT!

If these were purchased in the recent group buy, there should be the Moog
numbers on a white slip of paper in each package. The moog number is
preceded by a several character prefix.

I just replaced these on my 89 (purchased separately from rockauto), so I am
confident of my notes.

Steve

sit in the frame straight (because of the extra distance).

it that way!!

Blue TPR.

the car. Listed as 1/2 TPR (they are red) and 1/2 rubber.
