[Shotimes] 80mm MAF question

I am trying to install a Ford 80mm MAF.

For the tube from snorkel to MAF, Menards sold me a 3" rubber plumbing
fixture that fits nicely over the snorkel on one end, and the other end
stretched over the inlet side of the MAF.  Does anyone know the diameter of
the hole to drill for the temp sensor?

Now for the tube from MAF to throttle body.  Can the stock rubber tub be
stretched enough to do it?  I've been looking everywhere in town and have
not found a rubber plumbing fixture with the required IDs (3" at TB, 3.5" at
MAF) plus the 45-degree bend.

Ideas please!  Thanks.
