[Shotimes] Temp. Sensor(Outside Temp.)

This sensor is a thermistor (sp?) and likely it got old and a little
moisture got in it to give the EATC a false reading.

My '95MTX does that frequently. Run the thing though a car wash (touchless
of course!) and then pop the hood. The water that the bra held is dumped
onto this sensor, and then it goes stupid. Mine will go down to -40 at
which point the damn EATC will turn the heat on full blast unless the EATC
is fully off, or you have it in "Max Cool" position.

The fix is a new sensor, but I have been both too lazy and too busy workwise
to go to a salvage yard or the Ford 'Stealer' and get another sensor. It
should be a 5 minute job to replace it. Most likely any sensor from Ford,
Merc., or Lincoln would be the same.
