Per Probst, code 551 IAS [IAC*] circiut failure. *1993 and later terminology. 
Your idle speed control-bypass air solenoid is malfunctioning. Cylindrical 
thing 2" by 4", near the throttle body on an MTX engine and therefore 
cleanable, which may solve your problem. If ATX [in the furture tell us what 
year and if necassary what tranny you have] it's not cleanable and will 
probably nead replacing. Bob 93 MTX
