Yeah, I've known a few Honda owners who ignored maintenance and got bit by
that one. Problem is that they were folks who didn't have the money to get
the timing belt replaced when they were supposed to! 180K? That's pretty
good. The couple that I've seen make it to almost 100K before breaking (they
are supposed to be replaced every 60K).

Isn't just WONDEFUL that our SHOs are never boring!

Like the next-door-neighbor who bought a new motor for her Accord because
the timing belt broke @ 180k?

She never did pay much attention to her car and it came back to bite her!
