[Shotimes] tire question

There are 225/60s that don't fit. Folks have had trouble with this in the
past.

Why put on tires that slow a car down? Paul, I know that you know what you
are getting in to, but for most other folks it's a bad idea. Plus, with the
tendency of many SHOs to under-read on the speedo (and sometimes the
odometer), the 60-series will make this worse.....so watch your speed in
enforcement zones.

Yes I agree with the tire size. I just put on some 225/60/16s on my '93.
I've had them laying around for two years. They are good as a highway tire.
I use the car for a daily 100+ mile commute. But not good for performance.
225/55/16 would be better. They also wouldn't fit properly without the big
hammer.
