[Shotimes] SHO vs. T-Bird bolt patterns

SHOs are 5x108mm(4.25") and mustang are 5x112(4.5") 5x112 is probably
the most common 5 bolt pattern there is.  All Nissans with 5 lug use it,
even their light trucks, eg. Hardbody.
