Blower Control Module.  Down on the heater plenum, there are two similar externally
mounted plastic modules.   Empty the glove compartment and let it swing down.  The
one you want is toward the center of the car.  Held on with two 8mm (I think) hex
screws.  They are rather expensive, but are available on junked SLOs of the same
generations that have EATC.  Joseph Van Oss rebuilds them.  New they approach 200
bucks....discounted, about 150.  I have NO idea why they are so high.
