I'll give them a call. California for some reason has wierd things in the premium
estimates that won't let it be done on line. Their ad on the website says mileage
can be unlimited, which appears to be the determining factor in whether this whole
thing is viable. It's Saturday, so it might be a while, but I'll try.
Thanks for the lead, and for the cautions. I'm getting lots of practice in being
the 'big chicken'*, after dealing with all the shoddy, careless workmanship in the
new house, so I'll load up a salvo of that, just in case.
* acting like a big chicken..Chinese phrase describing the act of taking charge of a
discussion (and getting positive results) when, as the customer, one is getting the
royal screw job from the business or service being discussed, and not letting
its/their employees or managers make excuses and disregard their shoddy work.
