Looks to me like it might have an '89 front bumper cover.  Paint wise, if it is an
Arizona car, it's easy to keep it nice, and if it does have the older cover, it
probably has new paint.  Also, white was not clearcoated, so will hold up better
over time than metallic colors.  It maybe was in the shade, or in a garage a lot of
the time.  If it has Gen 2 seats, that would make sense, too....the heat will crack
leather over time, and the PO might have decided just to swap them, rather than
spend more money for new covers.....which also might not have been available in the
right pattern.  The top surface of Gen 1 leather is pretty thin.....Lowrider is
going through its second outer cover on the driver's seat.  (vinyl replacement)

For under $1K I'd take it if it was closer.  At least it has an undented rear.
