Yes, our intention was to shorten it as much as possible. I had made some
rough measurements for reference when it went to the frame shop, but they
made it even shorter for some reason. I haven't talked to them about it yet.
Think about how much I saved on sub frame connectors? They are touching,
just add a bead of weld and I'm done.
About the suspension:
I knew we would have a bit of work there when the roof came off. I will
probably have to change the springs as far as ride height issues.
Keep in mind though, I'm not building anything other than a fun car and I'm
trying to keep it ALL SHO if possible, although the springs will have to
come off something very small.
