At the '99 convention (my first one) in Atlanta, I made friends with a guy from
Arizona, who had an '89.  He and I convoyed back home on I-20.  I looked closely at
his car many times, for one reason or another.  I'm convinced (still could be wrong)
that the '89 cover has more horizontal lines in its design than the later ones, and
also, I remember hearing that there were no more new '90 or '91 covers for a time,
but the '89 was still available from the factory for body repairs.

All of this is hearsay, but if I get off my butt, I can compare the
Lowrider.....oops, it isn't here, but the #3 '90 is......I can compare that one with
the '89 that is here, and find out for sure....

There's also the parts plus, which should have its original cover.....maybe.....
