You're right (as usual!) - I missed the "Unverified Miles"

I guess that's because they put that in one place and the low miles in
three!  Plus they added $300 to the value for low miles!  And they put in a
Carfax link! 

Oh, well - they're used car salesmen...

I think it would make a great car for Al.  I don't think the seller is
misrepresenting anything, they clearly state they don't guarantee the miles.
"Unverified Miles" is their statement.
