[Shotimes] Yoko avs es100 question

Reports on the ES100s to-date have been quite good. They are a summer-only
type tire for cold climates (obviously year-round where it's warm!).

One of the big advantages to the ES100, and other tires that are beginning
to use the technology, is that they are silica-compound tires. This process
makes the tire more stable so they supposedly will not heat-cycle and get
hard as they start getting older.

I have Khumo 712's on my 91. I will not be putting them on again. I would
rate them as "fair". I was kinda leaning toward a set of Srixon. I think
that spelling is close. I do not have any experience with the Yoko's, but I
did consider the AVSdb but I have read several reviews that say that the AVS
have a lot of road noise after the new wears off.
