Okay, I definitely have a clicking.  What's the clicking like?  Is it click click click really fast  with engine speed when it's the out of spec shim?  I have a noise like that and was told by a mechanic friend that it could be an injector.  I'm not a mechanic, I just play one on the weekends (and after breakdowns).  After doing my 60K I would really like to wait until summer to do my shim check.  What does the secondary click sound like?  What does that shim clicking sound like?  Hell, I'm starting to hyperventilate! :)  And all I wanted to do anytime soon was a CD changed install!  Arrgh!
