Well, it turned out to be less of a hassle then I thought. It so happened
that this shared CU branch handled the account for the buyer and me as well.
Basically, she filled out a cash withdrawal slip and I filled out a deposit
slip and no cash or checks actually ever changed hands.

I took a bath but at least I'm no longer making payments.
