[Shotimes] what is KOA?

I have stayed at a few KOA's.  They are a good place to stay if you are 
camping/travelling and need a few creature comforts such as a hot shower or a 
quick place to stay at night.

Back to SHO stuff, I was the originator of the question about KOA.  When I 
heard that it was stamped on the rods and the timing belt, I wondered if it 
was an abbreviation for Japanese words meaning "this side goes front".

Well, that lends a clue.  Maybe it is an abbreviation for Japanese words 
meaning "third engine made for Ford".
