I was just down at the AutoShow in NY today (Saturday) and that SVT Cobra
was very nice. The GTO looked good, but I was kinda taken by 2 cars I saw
there. 1st the Mercury Messenger, I so wish they would build something like
that. It was sooo fluid looking. I must have grabbed 10 pics of it. 2nd, the
2004 GTP's are sick, I want one. Seems that GM is offering a supercharged
3800 in just about anything they can fit it into. Monte, GTP, Bonneville
GXP, I think I saw some sport utes with it too.
The guy that was telling us all about Ford's 427 made mention about great
cars, and cars that didn't sell well, cars that should be brought back and
what not and asking the audiunce about thier imput on what cars Ford should
build, I found my self yelling out (not super loudly) during a pause "Bring
back the SHO". He looked over and paused for a second, and a few other ppl
looked over at me like I was insane or something. I then ran over and hid
behind that SVT Cobra. Gotta love that paint, till it gets a door ding.
