Uhhh....what IS the "scam", exactly??

It's just someone testing the waters to see what they can get for a hot new
model coming out. Beats picking a price, this let's the market decide. Do
you ever read the Ads in AutoWeek? There are numerous ads for things like
this (as in the new 911 GT3).

I wouldn't pay a premium for it, but if the STi came without the spoiler,
and didn't look so "Boy Racer", I would consider one. 300 HP in an AWD 3,100
# sedan ain't too shabby!!
