Yes, Performance Plus would have to be the closest.  Past that, you can
bring it here to the Metro Detroit area where there are a few shops and I've
got a welder that is just as qualified (if not more...) than any of the
shops that will do it for you.
Yes, Ian is correct about the v8 list....sucks.

You could ask the V8 list, but I don't reccomend staying on it for any
duration of time. ;)
