[Shotimes] OT/waaaay OT anyone here an insurance adjuster? or have this problem?

This is just anecdotal...

Here where I live (WA state), insuance companies have two sides to these
deals.  The medical and the automotive.  They seek to "close" these files.
It's a big deal with them as a closed file never comes back to life.

I had a friend who had a guy turn left in front of him and totalled his
nearly new car.  They kept kindly asking him to close the medical, but *he*
stalled.  "I still hurt" is what he'd say.  They didn't like to hear that.
He said there was no way in hell he was going to close the medical until his
car was going to be fixed 100%.

They did.  He closed.  All was better.

As long as they have you focused on the car side, it's small potatoes.  It's
the medical they always worry about.
