Got a set of 4 speed bleeder screws (www.speedbleeder.com) to facilitate
flushing my brakes. The site has a sizing chart that shows M10 metric thread
on front and rear bleeder screws, so that's what I bought.
I changed the back set first, and they worked beautifully. But when I went
to swap out the front bleeder screws, I found that they weren't the same
thread (but very close). It appears that the front bleeder screws are
3/8"-24 thread instead of M10 (also the hex was 3/8" instead of 11mm). So I
had a fun time bleeding the front brakes by myself with the old bleeder
screws :(.
Anyway, just curious if anyone else had run into that problem. I probably
shoulda asked here first before buying, but I didn't expect there to be
english and metric threads mixed.
