Kind of what I thought, but here's a site that lists the Torque factor for
PF pads, but doesn't explain it:

Look at the various descriptions for Torque on the different pads. I wasn't
able to really figure out what they meant, but I assume it's the "grab"
factor (for lack of a better term).

I suppose technically it's a combo of the brakes (and more important the
tires) to generate a lot of g's, but I think it's probably more commonly
used as a description of the "grab" factor, pedal feel, nose bleed factor,
etc.

With the really sticky Khumo track tires, the car stops really well.  Lots
of grip/torque/g's, whatever you call it!
