[Shotimes] Annie goes solo too

NASCAR teardown is normally for the winner, the pole qualifier and one car
at random. Teardown consists of a run through the regular pre-race
inspection plus cc the heads, carb inspection, detailed inspection of the
ignition boxes and tach, and a more thorough visual inspection of the entire
vehicle. Takes about an hour or so max. Some tracks also dictate a check
of shocks & springs. There's still plenty of room for creativity.

Well yes, but in NASCAR, for example, they provide a fair amount of the
'regulated' parts and also have templates for the body. Also, they tear down
most of the top 5 or so cars to make sure no tomfoolery was going on.
