[Shotimes] Flooded engine

Keep the pedal mashed, the battery charged, and keep cranking. Let the
starter cool so you don't burn it up.
Try it without pressing the pedal to the floor occasionally. It will catch
eventually. If it doesn't, pull the plugs and clean them, blow out the
cylinders, and try again.
