Yep, I agree with buy quality and my point is that the 
quality of most American cars is now right there with most 
of the overseas competition.

The problem I see is the biased press that gives every new 
wing nut on a Honda a four page article, but anything 
totally new or vastly revised by an American company gets a 
one page "quick test" with lots of snide remarks that lead 
the public to believe they should not even give it a test 
drive.  Read the magazines close and look for this, it is 
there in almost all of them.  I just don't buy into the 
"anything foreign is superior" mantra.  A vehicle needs to 
win me over, and a biased press won't sway me.
