In Mass you go to the Hilltop steak house in Saugus- so im told. Every time
I head there I remember that Kelly's roast beef is another mile up the road
and keep going.

I know you weren't being particularly serious, but I have wondered for years
why Ruth's Chris Steak House was named that. Why isn't it just Ruth's Steak
House? Or Chris's Steak House? Who is this Ruth, and why do I care that
she owns Chris? And who is Chris? It's just all too confusing!

Until the brakes go away after a couple of laps.....

Todd Serota, who runs the TracQuest events, has seem about everything out
there. P-car guys are impressed with the Z06 Vette "for the money"
(important point), but they can't keep up with 911s and Vipers in stock
trim, mostly due to inadequate brakes under track conditions.

New M3 is very nice, though. You have to decide if you want the "best for
the money", or "the best".

As I've said in the past: the Micky Ds 1/4 Pounder is the "best beef for the
money", but the Ruth Cris filet is "the best". For those of you who are
"analogy challenged".....the SHO is the 1/4 Pounder, BMWs are the Ruth Cris.

Wouldn't we all though :) I believe the new 333 hp M3's are up close to
$50k. For that kind of $$, I've yet to see a car at the track that has as
much bang for the buck as a Z06 vette. I'm sure the M3 would be a lot nicer
to live with day to day, but watch a stock Z06 throw on a set of race tires,
and it's absolutely awesome.
