[Shotimes] Power Steering Issue

Well now after finishing my timing belt-water pump-crank seal-and serpentine 
belt adventure my beloved sho has started screwing me again. Go figure. Anyway 
it just started smoking under both the wheel wells and behind the engine. I 
know its the power steering because I keep having to refill it and my steering 
just gets worse gradually. It only seems to leak when I'm driving the car not 
when it is just sitting there running . When you look under the car there are 
drips on both sides of the car right across from each other in a straight 
line. I just replaced the power steering return hose line about 2 months ago. Is 
this just another hose or am I looking at something different?
