If there is anyone out there who believes that the quality of the Big Three
is anywhere "close" to the European or Japanese imports, they are (1)
spending too much time on the crack pipe, or (2) are absolutely clueless, or
(3) are a product of the US public school system.
I'm sorry, but the Big 3 still build crap.....although it's better quality
crap than it was 30 years ago, it's still crap.

Reply to Ron & Steve...
Hey Ron, looks like you gotta stick in there... Sideways. I'd give you a
hand ripping it out, but
I might as well taunt... Or maybe I'll just F*cking swear back at you. You
should run for
president, you'll aid in the ever-growing league of anus' that just can't
hear someone out and
live with themselves to see tomorrow. I'm sorry my words don't "click" in
your head. I really can
give a very hairy rats ass less, chief. If what I have to freely say about
how I feel about
imports hurts you so bad, how about you cut that trip to chicago and let a
chicagoian end your
life short.. Or is it to late to reverse the spells of old age on your
little cranky ass? If it
bothered you that much and you just couldn't keep it off the list to taunt
me, well then you can
go royally f*ck yourself and get a grip, buddy. I think I've wasted enough
dead skin cells off my
fingertips on you.
As for Steve.. Reply below.

As much as I'd hate to say this, the creaks in newer fords (even gen 2 SHOs)
are by far the most
obnoxious aspects of the Ford fleet. I am, however, a Gen 1 SHO owner w/
over 150k on the body and
have absolutely no squeaks or rattles of any type. In fact, the doors are
still as solid as they
were new. One thing, however, that isn't is the annoying hood release cable.
You gotta shoove it
back in or else the hood needs to be slammed with all you got! I, however,
am not fond of working
on Rodeos! I'm not aware of the Honda you're talking about and might've
never dealt with it before
if it's a new model, so I can't bash it. I'll be honest and admit I do have
my favorites in
imports as well, but I definitely am not a fan of a lot. I think Supra's are
sweet as are 300ZXs
and I do love the way the new M3s look and the styling of the M5. However,
to ever own one of
those vehicles would be a curse, IMO. Hopefully you don't find me to be this
insane idiot for not
choosing to own one, being I don't find them logical vehicles for myself. I
also can't see how
someone on a SHO budget, who isn't the wealthiest in the community, or
someone who just doesn't
have a connection for cheap parts can substitute the SHO with one. I apply
the same rule to any 5
series bimmer, some of the nicer 3 series bimmers, any Mercedes, any Jaguar,
or anything of that
sort. Therefore, I just personally feel these vehicles are way over priced
due to their hype for
something that's a taxi cab in a different country.

Ron?! F-word?! Ooh no! :)
Neno - I feel so hated for just stating what I believe... I HAVE A DREAM....
