I did email tire rack earlier, but alway hesitant to do this as they seem to
vary on weights a lot.  They told  me 28 lbs for the V700 and  18 for the
Hoosier (I weighed  the V700 myself at 24.3 lbs)

then I found:

18.5 lb for the hoosier.  Light!
