[Shotimes] Rod bearings

On a rod bearing job or a rebuilt motor, I spin the crank manually several
turns, then roll it over with the starter ~250 rpm to build pressure (keep
it WOT to keep the fuel out).  Once you really crank it you get pressure on
the gauge right off the bat (instead of listening to nasty noises for 5
secs)
