moving to Idaho/Utah/Nevada, etc.

I don't know, George.  Been to San Fran lately?  I think the norms with the
businesses are leaving, with the f/n's staying behind.  Not including you
and me, of course.  Last trip to Vegas, I saw more CA lic. plates than NV.
And not all tourists.
