I got in the car this morning, which has been running exceptionally well
recently, and it wouldn't start. So immediately I disconnect and
reconnect the CPS to see if that might convince it to start for me. No
luck there. So then I run the KOEO and pull up a 23 Throttle position
(TP) sensor out of self-test range, which has been there for a while
now, and a 95 Fuel Pump Secondary Circuit Failure. My question is, do I
need to replace the fuel pump or do I have a wiring problem which the
code description sounds like?
