If your working on those cars you should have the reference material for
them.  If hunter has the specs in the computer they have a way to decode the
model nomenclature.

That's exactly what I mean! Problem with Mercedes is that they "code" their
models in every
alignment machine I've seen to date. We have a Hunter machine at work and
all you see listed for
models is a bunch of numbers and letters. As I said, unless you have a
inside source from a dealer
to let you know what the hell your C420 means in their language, you pretty
much don't have much
of a choice to work with. Unless one of those Import garages you're speaking
of have their own
copy of the "other language".
