[Shotimes] Redline D4 best fluid of choice for an MTX-IV with "paper" synchros

Yes, ford uses and recommends ATF from the factory.

My only complaint about that was the cold weather
performance of typical ATF. Very stiff in cold weather and
for several miles till the tranny warmed up.

Switching to Redline MTL in my '89 solved the problem.

Went with D4 with the new Quaife and fiber syncros, because
Mike Courtney recommended the thinner fluid for better
splash and gravity fed lubrication inside the tranny. It
worked well with MTL, but we changed it out after a while to
the D4, no real difference in how the unit shifted between
the two fluids.
