[Shotimes] Power Steering Issue

Ok I just think I discovered the problem. I pulled back the hose protectant 
on the hose from the reservoir to the cooler and there is fluid all under it 
and that is the only place the hose is wet. It is weird though because the fluid 
is dripping out under than car in a straight line from each other under the 
subframe and at one spot in between them towards the rear, kinda like a 
triangle. I just replaced this hose a couple thousand miles ago and it seems to be 
leaking again. Any of you guys have this problem? I don't have a heat shield on 
my cat, is the heat from the cat melting holes in the hose? Any advice on how 
to re-route the hose.
