[Shotimes] E-Brake Cables/Adjustment

This unfortunately is another place I have some experience in.  I don't
know when exactly this happened, but at some point I noticed the same
symptoms you see now.  In addition, I noticed the cable drooping under the
drivers side.  I then learned that the sheathing for the drivers side
cable was pinched and binding causing the cables not to fully retract
which as you can imaging wreaked havoc with the brake pads.
What was the fix you ask?  Since those cables looked pretty miserable
anyway, I decided to have all the cables from the connection under the
drivers side door and back replaced.
