Yes you can. You still use all the 3.0 accessories. The 3.2 houising is a
litle different that leaves an air gap with the timing belt cover. The air
gap can be covered with a piece of sheetmetal or saw off the rib of 3.0
pump.

You have to drop the oil pan, and remove the timing belt.
