[Shotimes] TPS Mod

There are three wires on the TPS, +5v., signal, and ground. I believe the middle wire is the signal (not sure of the color.) Connect your voltmeter to the middle wire using a pin or some kind of metal shoved into the connector. With KOEO, check the voltage as you open the throttle from closed to full. At closed, it should be <1.0v. At WOT, it should approach +5V.
