[Shotimes] MAF connector question

Problem is, the SHO and 5.0L mustang use the same MAF curve inside the EEC
tables, so there shouldn't be a different curve or "sample tube" in the MAF
between the 2 cars. The "19 lb" tube from the mustang would be the one to
use with the SHO MAF. What they are probably doing is leaning out the WOT
A/F mixture with a different voltage curve, might make a few more hp but
that's not the right way to do it. The proper way would be to lean the A/F
mixture out in the EEC fuel tables, and leave the MAF curve correct. The
EEC uses the MAF curve for other things than just fuel trim (load, etc)

The C&L units (from all the past SHO dyno results I've seen) make the least
amount of power, some less than stock! I wouldn't mess with them.

And frankly, there are no "19 lb" tubes or "19 lb MAF curves" etc. The SHO
uses the "19 lb" MAF yet uses 24 lb injectors (inside the EEC scalars, Ford
sets them up as 27 lb units!). To make things more complex, the ATX EEC
uses a different voltage curve (yet the same MAF!) and has different size
injectors and the injector size in the scalar in the EEC is different from
the 3.0L/MTX. In other words, the data (MAF curve, injector size) transfer
is all done inside the EEC.
