Well I just used the handle to my rake. The clutch will spin if you hold
enough pressure to it, but it won't take off and engage. So I think I'm
looking at a recharge. Anything else I should look at?

Another way you can test the AC clutch is to get something like a
broomhandle and apply some pressure to the clutch and see if it engages.
