[Shotimes] Aftermarket Parts Quality Control

There is no requirement that aftermarket parts must measure up to OEM 
specs.  Other than their own liability, there are no standards.  Where do 
you think we live, Germany?

That's why advertising that states things like 'meets or exceeds Ford 
specification #yadda-yadda-yadda'
