OK, $8,500 if it has an extended ESP to 5/75 or 6/100.

With no service records, no welding, and no ESP, I personally would not
spend over $8K, and that would be on a near-perfect looking '99.

The Saturn dealer probably got cooked on the trade-in and has $9,000-$10,000
in that car.

Move on.

I was thinking somewhere around $8500 tops. The Saturn dealer that has this
one 
has it for $11K! Knowing Saturn dealers, they don't dicker too much on used 
vehicles either. I am thinking about walking in, test drive it and tell them
to 
call me when they will accept $8500.
