Actually, ...cough... ...cough... automatic. My daughter can't drive stick
even though I have tried MANY times. The Saturn's clutch smokes every time
she tries. This is primarily my car and she'll drive the SHO to school until
I find her a reliable '95-'97 Toyota Tercel automatic.

Since you wanted something dependable for long drives to work, not looking
at Gen 3s was probably a good move. Manual tranny in the TDI I assume?

I decided that I don't want another SHO. I bought a 2002 VW Jetta GLS TDI
today. 8,000 miles, over 40 MPG. Cost more than the SHO.
