[Shotimes] ABS code 13

Ed:
 That is not a valid code. The lowest number listed is 10 and then it jumps
to 17. Maybe 23? Run the test yourself and post the codes spit out to the
list. Most mechanics are very unsure of the ABS and how to work on them. If
he does not know what the code means then how does he know it's not a
"Sensor"? This guy knows nothing about ABS from his statements!
