[Shotimes] Okay.. now what? needing some help, please.

Last month my CPS went out so I replaced the waterpump/T-belt/Tensioner(sp?)..
the car ran fine......until today. Same symptoms, check engine, stalled, no
tach and those annoying hard 'catchy' sounding starts. I double-checked the
CPS(left the timing belt cover off) and there is no leak from the
water-pump..I even ran a long q-tip down behind it to check for moisture..
nothing!

What else will cause these symptoms? I'm about to pull my hair out. Will a
camshaft position sensor cause these problems?
