Larry and all others,

Well, I went and looked at it again for s**ts and grins and it was indeed performing better, but it still had some rattling, clicking and smoking from the engine bay.  I'd never driven a MTX SHO so that was a kick, even with it's problems, it pulls harder than my ATX.  But Edmunds says it's only worth about $1600 and they're asking almost 4K so it isn't going to happen.  Unless they'll take a grand....
