Thats true, although it was done under the watchful regulatory arm of the
state EPA. It would have been done as a state requirement
anyway..............we lost a significant number of the independents, one
reason there is such a monopoly now.  The majors were (are) deep in the
governor's pocket, along with the teachers union, sierra club, greenpeace,
all other labor unions........this recall can't come soon enough.  Did you
see his press conference where he blamed everybody (else) but primarily the
"right wing conspiracy"?  Have a little cheese with that whine, gov.........
